About the Office

The Procurement Office of the Velocity Interoperability Network buys goods, services and works on behalf of the departments and offices of the Velocity Interoperability Network, and sets the rules under which they buy for themselves.

It publishes every invitation to tender issued on behalf of the Network, keeps the register of approved suppliers, maintains the procurement rules and records every contract awarded above the publication threshold.

    Office established

    Responsibility for tenders, supplier registration, the procurement rules and the contract register of the Network.

  2. 6 September 2026

    procurement.gov.vin launched

    Press releases, open tenders, the supplier register and the procurement rules published on the official website.

  3. 6 September 2026

    First tender round, supplier registration and rules

    Seven tenders worth an estimated 734,000 credits published, supplier registration opened with 214 suppliers carried over, and the procurement rules adopted with a register of six transition contracts.

  4. Forthcoming

    First awards and quarterly reporting

    The outcome of the tenders closing on 28 September 2026, the second tender round and the first quarterly procurement report, covering the quarter ending 30 September 2026, will be announced in the Newsroom.
